I Worked there without knowing about all this. DNC are exempt but if you ask to be removed from their database they are supposed to but don't. I did it for customers out of respect. I Was given emergency service numbers (not 000) but direct lines. When they answered I apologised and removed the numbers without hesitation. Staff get pay docked for going to the bathroom. If the computers aren't working we get sent home no warning no pay. Staff are belittled daily. They recruit people who are unemployed and desperate to do an honest job. Insight pays management to fly to casino holidays and drunken cruises whilst telemarketers are often not paid. Simon is rude and disrespectful to staff. Daily microphone rants unpaid for us were the norm. If call recipients asked to donate not buy raffle tickets they were refused because insight only get paid for selling tickets. An old man was scammed he was senile and blatantly ripped off. Google Today Tonight. Don't work here unless you are a ruthless person who has no heart or you will be crushed by the damage they do.

I'm So upset to read this a veteran who gave us our freedom in this beautiful country and gets scammed. Ian please read my notes further down.
