I have also been receiving calls from this no. for 4sec. its been going on for 2 weeks.

This No is very irritating and I have it. please who ever stop calling us.

I have had several calls from this number and every time nobody speaks and when phoning this number it stays engaged??? What must i do??

Also recieved calls from this number ,I registered it in my reject list

I have been getting this annoying call religiously every week. I pick up and it will ring on the other end of the line. Glad to know im not the only one, this is driving me nuts, and the number disconnects when you phone back.

no, they can't, because it is not a real phone #. 031 is not a real area code. The caller is spoofing their caller id.
