My husband & I receive calls from this number 0318159000.  They first phone his number then my number and every time you answer nothing happened.

Got many calls from this number.Goes dead before I can answer, If I call back, no answer.

This person is dangerous! he knows what vehicles we drive as  well as the registration numbers! He tried to get insurance and bank details from us. Tried to call back but phone only rings engaged.

I'm amazed how quick Fisa responds to dispute vuyo xaba's negative experience with this number. Interesting! How does he know? This number called me on the 14.12.2015 offering a loan and indeed it never answers when you try to call back in order to find more information.

Try not answering in any way to discourage the caller. No answer at all, they're worthless. Maybe consider a call blocker for a landline or a blocking app on a cell. Any kind of an answer is an invitation to continue bothering you.
