This number is working on my bloody nerves!! 5times today!!! I am 3days away from my due date, I do not have time for some insecure person/company that has issues in their marketing devision..that is if it is"promotional call". Which part of our human rights vs. Consumer rights are not understood.

Who is this person? It is sometime 031 830 7955/ 35/ 55 almost 2 time a day I get these calls... This is irritating!!!!!!

I am also tired of the unsolicited calls from 031-8307955 !  The problem here is that you apparently cannot call back to tell them to "F" off and get lost !  Its almost as if someone has been tasked to validate mobile numbers on a database.

The area code is not compliant with the North American Numbering Plan, which may explain the difficulty of returning the calls.

Those scamer nigerians that tell you you've won money in a lottery via sms......i think it's them validating mobile numbers so they can send the sms. i receive those sms's after a call and hang up. Does anyone else have the same experiences?

Can Telkom not cancel this telephone line.  These people are abusing our rights to privacy.  Would be appreciated. Thank you

I get two calls a day from this number. I think I'm going to add it to my blocked list on my iphone :)

Called me on this number and asked to speak to me. I, however, entered this contract on my SO's behalf. Thus it is HER phone.

When the caller was told that she could leave a message and it would be passed on to me, the caller ended the call.

Damn rude too, and an invasion of privacy to boot!

This is Call Centre fraud, some of them condict fraud on the sidelines.

Just had two calls on my cellphone from  031 830 7955. I don't recognize this number and tired of call centres who don't let you get a word in edgewise while they read off their 300 word "sale blurb". I usually google the number and Yippee - it's a SCAM. Thanks guys. Saved me more stress than I need, today especially.
