I received a call from this number asking to speaking to Miss Shaka Shaka. This obviously is not my name, but he did know my surname. When I told him he had the wrong number he continued to talk changing his accent with each sentence. This was obviously a prank as I could hear people laughing in the backround I eventually cut the call, and he called back. Asking for the same name he had initially used. And it was the same cycle of him talking nonsense with people laughing in the backround. When I try to call the number back it has a constant engaged tone.
