gift i am using netbank my brother but they also called me anyway they didnt have much info about me

same experience as above now i'm scared i think banking with FNB is no longer safe

They called me this morning and told me I was selected to win a Shoprite voucher, they have all my information including ID and FNB bank details. I am worried because they asked me the date I usually buy grocery. and I gave them false info, and I was swaying them myself. Deception they are....!  Who am I?

She call me today ask my name and surname what must I do to report

A lady called me and said she's from Sky Direct am selected as a good customer they offered me Avoucher to buy at Shop rite and Checkers so I can get some discount s for my grocery .I asked her what is that all about I haven't heard something like that so I don't need to be in trouble.She called me a stupid and she dropped the phone.I don' t remember her name something like Catherine she said

This number also called me it was a guy called Shane , which I’m sure he made up the name. They also did not give me a chance to answer while naming all my details from my ID number -Banks details . I tried to say I’m not intersted at the end of it but he concluded what he wanted to say and dropped the phone instantly before I could even say my first word . They don’t want you to say anything and you can not call this number back ,it’s really messed up .

the caller knows my banking details and claim to be an agent promoting something and she is very abusive , not to listen what i wanted to know about her company.

Just received a call from the same number. the rude lady knows my ID number and she wanted to know if i'm still using my FNB account. i said yes(which is a lie) and she dropped the call.

They called me said they were calling on behalf of FNB and asked if I had time, I said no, I'm busy at work. They asked if they could phone later. I said no, what is it in connection with, they were rude, said" I did say that it's from FNB.. " and dropped the call. Three hours later my FNB CARD transacted R1497. 25 from a company Venturesinc. I immediately called FNB fraud line, they canceled the card, and lodged a fraud enquiry. When I asked where that transaction was done, the call center agent said from a company in the USA.

Very unprofessional.
Scammers, I think.
They also offered me sone vouchers and when I said no, she swore at me i Zulu and then dropped the call
