Just received a call from that number the lady said her name is Rebecca i couldn't hear her audible since it was noisy at the background.  She was speaking so fast and didn't even givea chance to speak.  She confirmed my ID number,  cellphone number and my residential adress.  She told me they will send documents which i have to sign and send them back and also they will send an sms by month end.

Who are this people since it seems like everyone is complaining about them and where did they get our personal information?

also received the call from this number 0319412567 and the lady told me to confirm my ID number and my bank details but I didn't ,pls help
