Someone called me this afternoon using this telephone number. i tried to give back a call but nobody is answering. I am curious who is behind the line. Ty

Calling me many times already. Trued calling back its either line is busy or only a dead end.

It is not a North American number and a search shows it may be from Cebu City in the Philippines. Doesn't much matter if the caller spoofed the number.
