Just had a missed call from the number too, rang it back but no answer....like most of you.  Don't know what made me google it but thank god i did....that's mad!  Thank you all!

The number 0429394599 started ringing my mobile 2 days ago and rings 3 or 4 times a day. I answered it the first time, and she said she was ringing on behalf of ESB and wanted to talk to the person in charge of ESB bills. I read this site and tried ringing back a few times but no answer. Still not sure who they are!

This number was calling me while i was talking to ESB customer service, left no message? No reply when I rang?

Had another missed call from this number 042 9394599 today at 10.23am? Saturday morning...not happy

they called me on my mobile on January 28th, regarding a note sent by ESB re power outages, asked me if I remembered this or having had any interruption to my power. When I said no to both the caller thanked me for my time. Seemed professional and legit enough, and haven't bothered me since!

I've just had a missed call from this number.  Tried to ring it back but to no avail. Decided to google it thankfully and this website came up. I am an AIB customer but this is a brand new mobile with a brand new phone number so the only people in officialdom who have it are the phone company. Very odd!

They are clearly pretty persistent. I had a missed call too, as i was driving when they called. rang back, no answer. I'm curious now. will report back if they call me again

This is a survey call from ESB - nothing alarming about it.  As a student my daughter often worked for a call centre so I am always sympathetic to these callers.  Lovely girl just asked a few questions and that was it.

I got this call half 6 pm but I could not attend this call and they did not left any voice mail...looks doughy

this number has 042 939 4599 has called me 3 days in a row i answered it today no answer? i called back and got answering machine anerican voice etc am pissed off by it because there are hackers and scams etc &i do not know who it is vodafone say they cant check it out for me. There is also no reason the esb should be ringing me if according to the other posts that is who is calling.

Just missed a call from them at 8.40pm. Very weird. Tried calling back the number and got a string of messages about how the person was unavailable, the mailbox was full and then it disconnected me. There have also been several private calls to my mobile today and yesterday which I also missed but I get the feeling something weird is going on.  The message didn't even identify the company so I'm pretty sure it's a scam of some kind.

Received a call around 6.30pm, woman called Karen calling from a company called Red Sea (?), not sure about the company as she spoke quickly and with a heavy Dublin accent.  Said she was calling on behalf of Three (the mobile phone company), and just spent a few minutes asking me if I was happy with the customer services person I dealt with on my last call to Three, if I was able to understand them, how would I rate the information they gave me, etc.  The only personal info they asked for was my age and my nearest town, so I wasn't too concerned.

Might be worth calling them if you're getting a lot of unanswered calls...  Good luck.

strange to see lot of people got the call from same number and everybody in dublin.

Received a missed call on my Dublin land-line from this number @4:15pm 3days ago. I would be concerned that if you answer these types of calls that they will cost a lot to you. I don't know if anyone here has checked their bill to see if that call was unusually expensive for them??
