For those who are getting text messages from this number, it could be an AT&T free text message reminding you of something or noting changes to your cell phone bill. AT&T sent me a text message from this phone number to my cell phone after I reported bad cell coverage. I have also gotten other free texts from them on other numbers similar to this one. You don't get charged when AT&T texts you.

32 text messages from this number in the last 15 min and counting!  I called AT&T and they can't figure out how to make it stop...and then they hung up on me!

Same thing. I just got off the phone with them. Is known issue this morning. They are working on it. They took a bunch of info from me before ending the call

Looks like this has been going on for at least 8 years, I have read the posts below. Well it is still happening and when I called AT&T about it they claimed that they were as mystified as I was. That was a few days ago and still no response from them, the funny thing is that since I have Google searched and found this site they have sent me two more messages while I was reading this. I will block the number but 8 years to fix it and it's still broken. Just like the people below it started after I called 2 try and get the service fixed. I have just picked up the total of about 10 messages in the last few minutes now. Aloha

About 10 messages in the last 5 minutes from this number.  They just keep coming.  I blocked the number but as I read these posts, it seems futile to call AT&T for help.

Getting repeated messages after reporting a  coverage issue with their Mark the Spot app hours ago. Driving me crazy.

Concerned since I had not realized I was sharing my network experience.

So far today -- 5 text messages from AT&T Mark the Spot thanking me for sharing my data. I haven't had any issues for a couple of months.

20+ texts, have not used mark the spot for many weeks.

After using mark the spot weeks ago, I’m getting tons of unsolicited random reporting text. If they put the same effort into fixing the dead spots as they do spamming me that would be great!!!
