    I have received about 4 calls from this number today.   The first 3 times my caller ID exactly had this for number:  20-241-522.  The last call had this:  1-120-241-5222.   No name was on the caller ID, and no message left on my answering machine.

    120 is NOT a valid NAMP (North American Numbering Plan) area code. It's not even a valid country code.  That alone tells you it's some sort of scam.  This particular spoofed (faked) number is listed on another site as the "you have qualified for a government grant" scam.  Block the number.

    Only if you are in India.  To call India you would need to dial a country code.
