Had 2 calls, 11 minutes apart. Left no message.

Telemarketer identifying himself as working for Discover and asking to enroll in a protection plan. Receiving calls on a daily basis, even if the number is on the do not call list.

two calls 10/15/08 - answered one - background suggests telemarketer - no message ....

Called once at 1441 on 10/19/08 . . . left no message.  Thought the 123-456 was unusual so looked it up and found that others have had the same experience.

Just got a call from that odd number. Answered and recieved no response. Thank you. 10/23/08

thankyou vary much you are correct its not discover its an affilated telamarketer.

11/1/08  rec'd 3 calls in 2 hrs.  Answered two of them and got no response.  Let the answer maching pick up the 3rd...no message given.

just rec'd a call from this number on my cell.  i thought the number looked really weird, so i decided to google it.  no message left.

Called twice answered one of them and no response. I figured it was Discover, because they call me all the time of their new protection plans, insurance or whatever. Just thought the number was weird had to check it out, my friends were saying it was a ghost call.
