Have received several calls from this number. No name or identification so I never pick up.  I never answer calls that don't identify themselves.

Yes. Today I got about 5 calls - I won't pick up so I have no idea what's behind the harassment.

No one at this website is calling you.  Invest in a call blocker and DO NOT pick up on call numbers you do not recognize.

This number had called me 11 times in the last 3 days. Some time it is as often as 3 minutes apart, I don't answer my phone anymore .  Who is the caller?

Considering this is not a real phone number (note the 1 at the beginning of the area code) you can be sure it's someone trying to scam you and no one you want to talk to. If you can, block the number. If you can't, simply don't answer their calls. They can't scam you if they don't speak to you.
NO area code or phone number in the US or Canada begins with a 0 or a 1 so if you ever see a number on your caller ID beginning that way, you know it's not a legitimate call and can ignore it.
