This numbers is associated with my cellphone Moto E (4) under Metered Wi-Fi networks under my phone Settings under Data Usage  on Network Restrictions. I had asked numbers like this one when I was on Metro PCS and these Metro people can't do a thing about it; I MEAN I WAS PAYING THEIR  SUBSCRIPTIONS MONTHLY AND ALSO BOUGHT MY PHONE INSIDE THEIR STORES AND CAN'T EVEN OFFER ME  OR CAN TELL ME ANYTHING ABOUT NUMBERS LIKE THIS ON MY CELLPHONE THAT I PURCHASED AND ALSO PAYING MONTHLY ON THEIR NETWORK.   It's unbelievable.

I cannot get rid of these NUMBERS on my cellphone under Settings of the Data Usage on Network Restrictions on a Metered Wi-Fi networks.  Could you please  help.  They had been there forever on my cellphone.  Thanks.

I can't get this caller off my phone it appeared under " metered wifi background data" , hidden !!!! , OMG !!! ALL SCAMS I send directly away..I can't get it off just block it, bit now my phone over heats all the time, doesn't run right !, How do I report this guy, or get this off, ?!?!
