Text Message Claiming to be Bank of America disabling my account unless I confirm some information. Scam!!! Bank of America does not even have my mobile number.

I got a text from this number saying I had a video message from a melisseb, it was very weird.

Received a video message. Didn't open it. Don't know the person. Her name says she was sue burge.

I got a text saying I have a new video message.  Deleted it.

I'm getting videos sent from this number.  I didn't open them and told them to stop messaging me.  Ten minutes later I get a text from the same number only it ends in 501 instead of 500.  Same thing happens, new text from 502, 503, etc.  How do I make this stop?

This a fake/spoofed number. In the North American Numbering Plan, area codes and telephone exchanges do not start with a 0 or 1.
Not sure this will work with a spoofed number, but try this: For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code  “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse. ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.

I received a text from this number. There was something odd about it and  I never opened it. I I deleted it immediately. After reading these posts I am glad I did.

I just got the same text from BOFA INDICATING that my services with was TERMINATED and to click on a suspicious LINK ....I'm not that stupid..

Received text saying let's do business then had email address to click on, I replied STOP n blocked the number

Text message reads: FRM: Western Union, SUBJ: Western Union Update MSG: New account notice!  please act (then a link) SCAM!!!!!!!!!

Got text from this number telling me about my new western union account, please act now and click this link for " guanyi food  dot com"
Did a bit of googling and it's a link to suspicious Chinese website that is not recommended to click.  So yeah, pretty sure it's hackers/Phfishers.  Don't click. Just delete.

I got a text from this number. I don't even have a western union account and no one is or ever has wired me money.
