Received from this number today. No message but CID listed MEMBER SERVICES.

called at 1142 didn't leave  a message listed as New Jersey

got this call today too, no idea who it is

Calls no message left

Called...left no message...I personally went and redialed this number on a land line. It didn't ring, with dead silence and then after about 30seconds, gave some message about number not in service, try again later...

I received a call from this number on 2 Apr 2015 at 2:41 PM.  Caller ID is very generic "Member Services." It was a ROBO call and the message was: "Thanks (something garbled) government deregulation you are now eligible to receive a discount on your electric bill. Press 5 to be transferred to a representative to find out which discount you are eligible for. Press 5 to be connected to one of our friendly representatives." I suspect this is a phishing scam. They didn't leave a name or phone number like a telemarketer does.  By law my electric supplier is required to notify their customers of price changes.  There was no notice with my bill and nothing on their website.  If they call again I'll block it.

For what it's worth I am on the no call list.  However it doesn't stop crooks and con artists.  They set up a Voip (Voice over internet phone) with spoofed caller ID and phone numbers and start their random scam calls.

One call yesterday ID as Member Services, with message for electric bill discounts.  2nd call today, no message on answering machine.  adding comments on the worthless do not call list!

I don't know how they got my number as the land line is the number on file with our existing electric provider.

I already have two other numbers being forwarded straight to voicemail so this will be number three because they keep calling me.

Automated call supposedly about discount for electric bill. I hung up before the message ended, because who makes an effort to call you and give you free money?

I've gotten this call several times on my cell phone. With this calls and tother calls like it, I press the number I Press #9 nine about 20 times; It's nice and loud  on their side; especially if they're wearing the headset. It is also quite therapeutic for me. I wish there was a setting on my phone so when numbers like this come in I could push them into a 2nd voicemail message; in which I would tell them to please call me at another number ? That other number would be one for a different unsolicited caller. Let them bother each other back and forth.

I just got one too. After reading these comments, I think it'd be best to just block the number if you can
