Woman with accent has phoned several days in a row for same manager about IT topics when he handles something else.  Told he's not at this location, she asks for his number, which is against corporate policy.

Woman with accent wanted to speak with particular IT manager before emailing introductory data.  Transferred to IT Purchasing.

Man with accent wanted to specific IT manager before sending email.  I asked what in reference to; he replied it was personal.  I stated company policy that personal calls aren't transferred.  He politely said "Thank you, have a nice day," and hung up.  Sounded like template for a collection agency.
