No name shows up with this number. I picked it up and said hello, but no answer.

They call 2 to 3 times a night, I guess the do not call list does not apply to them.

I am on the do not call list and I continually get calls from this number.

I am on the do not call list, however I have a Discover Card. The way I understand the do not call listing is: If you use a company's product (or have their credit card), they are entitled to call you (and offer, continually, their additional services).
Also, most auto-dialers call four numbers at a time, if you are the "lucky" first one to answer, you get the call. If you pick up the line after the call has been answered, there is no one there. Mystery solved!

This number calls me and hangs up about six times a day. I finally decided to call this number back. It is Discover Card trying to sell a credit protection plan. I told the person on the other end to never call back. I suggest you all do the same and then file a complaint with the FCC.

22 calls in one day.. the last one was well after 9:30pm. Getting very sick of even hearing the phone ring.

201-297-5700 has called 15 times in one week. If I answer there is no responce from the caller

Called the number back, it was answered discover call center, I waited for a person, told them I did not wish to have my number called again, give operator my number, advised that as I have officially called and stated do not call my number do not do so or I will file charges of harassment and disconnected the call.
