It's a sales call in disguise.  He's sneaky by pretending to be upset but he just another outsourced sales call.

It's off-shore web design in India and they call all the marketing, media and web development companies. I knew he was an offshore sales person and he told me I am crude because I would not put him through to the Technical Manager as he put it.

It would take about 2 hours of basic sales training for these people to actually make a proper sales call but instead they revert to this sleasy tactics.

Just got the call from this number.  No message left.  I received a call from them before and they wanted to outsource work to them in India.  I hung up the last time around.

Same they want my company to outsource to them.
