Have been recvg calls from this number and when answered the party hang up.

This company keeps changing telephone numbers every few days.....Please someone stop this company from calling and bothering law abiding people

does not work that way - IF YOU DO NOT REPORT THEM YOURSELF - how to you expect the calls to stop??

I recieved 4 calls from this number last night. after which time i called them back and had my number put on their do not call list. i have recieved 5 more calls from them this morning. last one was 3 min ago. I have a prepaid phone and this is eating up my minutes. Not to mention EXTREMELY frustrating.

Ive been getting calls from 201-299-4485 and have tried being removed from their list like 3 times already and they are super harassing.  I pickup say, hello and put the phone down and walk away.  That counts as me answering, but yet they still call back about every hour.  I am in the process of recording an incredibly vulgar message that I will play whenever that number calls me.  It should be fun

I have been receiving calls from the phone number 201-229-4485. It began on Sept. 9 and has contin ued like every hour till from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.. This is full flege harasssment. I have twice already requested to be removed from their no not call list and am still receiving calls.. It my caller ID all it says is Call from New Jersey.

I answered a call from them again today and got a live person (they've been calling 3 or 4 times an hour since last Friday). My 11-year old apparently clicked on something related to government grants on the internet and that is their "thing". I did tell them she can't do anything with grants and I wasn't interested. He kept trying to talk over me and not listen. I finally raised my voice and let him know that no one at my house is interested and take my number off their list...don't call. When I hung up, he was still talking. When you report to DNT, they ask if you have told them not to call you. I suggest answering and trying to talk to someone. It sounds like they use a computer to dial so there is a delay in picking up. I said "hello" three times and heard the call connect to an agent.

Oh and they didn't identify a company, just asked for my daughter an started telling me how what they offer could help me instead.

I was looking at colleges online and somehow or another I clicked on a site about grants and well i went back and continued my search. Well I keep recieving phone calls from this grant thing and they call every 30min and i spoke with a man and told him how annoying it is to recieve phones continuously and told him to stop calling but they wont. I even called and put my number on the do not call list but they still call. I just want them to leave me alone.

Okay so for some reason people keep calling me even though I am on the do not call list I filed a complain a couple of seconds ago because they call and hang up and then their operators are always busy when you call back, oh and the most important thin, they start at 6 and sometimes they call me at 1 in the morning, I know there is a law about them calling you at a certain time. Everyone should file a complain to the do not call registry Please if they get enough complains they will help.

Been having the same problem with this same number - (201) 299-4485.  I also just filed a complaint with the National Do Not Call Registry (thanks for posting the link!).  EVERYONE NEEDS TO FILE A COMPLAINT!!  That is the ONLY way this will stop.

As an interesting aside, a Google search of the number shows that it is registered to "Guttenberg Florist Concierge" in Guttenberg, NJ.  I suggest someone who lives near them stop in and pay them a visit and let them know what's going on and that compliants have and will be filed with the Federal authorities.

I've been recieving calls from that number (201-299-4485) for about three days now. I called them back today and the automative service ask if I wanted to be on their "do not call list" which I did but right after I hung up they called again. I figured that they are not just going to stop calling and I would be pissed if they charged my phone bill. So the best thing to do to save you the headache of a constantly annoying phone call is to contact your phone company and see if they provide call block so you can block the number then the call won't come through and your phone bill also won't get charged. I've not recieved any calls since I've done it. Go ahead and file complaints so this will stop, but in the meantime block the number so you do get annoyed and pissed off every 15 minutes.

This # keeps @#%$& calling me in pensacola fl like 5 -10 times a day. every time I answer they hang up. When I find out where their calling from Iam gonna send my cousin VITO from New York to pay them a little vist.

I too have gotten several calls a day from this number on my cellphone for the past 2 weeks.  I just got off the most recent one.  Usually there's no answer.  This time (and a few times before), the caller asks for "Micha" or something like that (hard to tell with the foreign accent).  When I say it's the wrong number, they apologize then launch into "well, since I have you on the phone . . . "  I just got into a shouting match with the woman I just spoke to.  I had to talk over her and repeatedly tell her I wasn't interested in whatever she had to say, and asked yet again for my number to be removed.  She verified by number and "confirmed" that I'd be removed.  I was't surprised to find out I'm not the only one.

Just as I'm researching who this number is that's been calling me, the phone rings (no lie) and it's them again!  The man on the other end who could barely speak intelligibly got an earful.  He said something about government grants and how I inquired on the internet about it.  That's a lie and I told him so.  I also told him I was on the do not call list and he was in direct violation of the do not call legislation.  I told him I was filing a complaint and the calls need to cease and desist immediately.  I'm sure he didn't understand HALF of what I said.  So now I'm off to file a complaint on these people.  Have fun!

I just got a call from this number and then they hung up when they got the machine. The caller ID says New Jersey.  Don't know anyone named New Jersey!  I ignored it for now. If they keep calling I will report them to the FCC.

these people called me 15 times between 4pm and 1am every time i answered  there was nobody there i finally quit answering the left a voice message of  background noise

I received a call from this number as well.  They told me they were calling in regards to a government grant and that they would send me all the information I needed.  All I would need to do is give them my credit card information to pay for shipping.  He lied in response to all of the questions I asked him... DO NOT give them any information!!! It is a scam!
