I have just been contacted by a "Mr. Finkle" saying he had telephone calls that were recorded and monitored and that it could effect my job. OK buddy, I am a stay at home mom working on my doctorate... Good luck with that and try the next number on your "auto-dial"

He called and said the same thing to my voice mail it show he at wildlife in NJ  he going send the horry county police  pick me up take my home and business

Mr. FINKLE  called trying to use intimidation, lies and threats of court and jail. REALLY?

I get a call on my cell phone and the number comes up either unavailable or private.  I do not know which because I have an app on my phone that will send both types straight to voicemail.  Then I get a voicemail message that says:

I got a call here for Mr. or Mrs. (insert last name here), my name is Mr. Finkle.  You guys mind calling me at the office.  There was an attempt made to have some paperwork served at a (insert company name here) to no avail.  It was sent back to me and now it is scheduled at (insert county you live in here) tomorrow morning.  I want to give you guys a heads up.  I'm under the impression that no one spoke to you or your attorney.  Unfortunately this is voluntary, I have til 11:00 am tomorrow to hear from you.  Number 201-299-6644 case number (1234567890).  Mr Finkle.

This is quite amusing.  For one, looking for Mr or Mrs?  I am single, not married and NEVER have been married.  Now attempting to serve papers and giving a heads up?  Since when does anyone give you a heads up when you're going to be served.  Yes, let's warn them so we will Not be able to find them or get them to answer the door and they will never get served.  LOL. Plus, if something has already been filed and papers are trying to be served, how can this be voluntarily resolved now by a phone call to them?  Wouldn't it have to go through the courts now.

I'm no legal expert, just my thoughts and reaction to the phone call.

I received a phone message at 3:30 pm saying I have till 6:00 to contact there office.  That they have recorded phone conversation of fraudulant attemp on my part and they are advised to process this imediatly with the cout in Kent county were I live.  I have not called the number back and I do not think I will.  look up numbers every time some one  calls  that  do not know.  This guys is named Mr Gold.  He did not tell me the agency that he is working for.
I get some one calling me daily with ome type of scam.  I think I need to change my phone number.

I called the number and got answering machine for Mr. Gold and they are going to file paper work in my state. They need to talk to me or attorney. What a scam.

This message was from Mr. Golds Office and I have until 6pm today to call the office. This is an important matter and the paper work will be filled if I don't respond with my case manager. Good Luck.

some kind of scam.  this guy has been calling me for weeks.  i don't owe anyone anything!  something about the state of maryland....excuse me but my tax situation is all straight with them!  ignore them.
