We get this several times a week. I tried calling the "customer service" (to use the term loosely) several times. It's an 888 number. A recording says that you will be transferred to the next available customer service rep, then hangs up. We've been on the "Do Not Call" list for several years now, and I keep renewing our number, but we still get these calls. The recording on the 201 number says we've been contacted by a charitable organization, which I suppose is why they're getting away with their spam calls.

I keep getting calls from Dial America several times a week. When they call after 10pm that is harassment, isn't it?  I am on the No Call list but still keep getting these annoying calls...

Call from Hackensack, NJ. Rang 5 times. I did not answer and will not answer have no business with these people.

201-373-8321 calls my home at least twice every day even though my number is on the DNC list!!

I have regisitered a complaint to the DNC registery and urge everyone receiving calls from these pigs to do likewise. Here's the link:

I recieved repeated daily calls form this number. I saw it all over my caller id.When I have been home to answer the call there is silence on the other end and then a hang up. This is harassment.I have no connection to this company and I certainly will never seek service form it in the future.

I'm from PR and this number call everyday and dont talk or no leave message.

This is an unwanted phone call.  I participate in a no call list.  The most annoying thing is the call leaves the phone unhooked and I am forced to get up and find the phone in order to stop playing the message "if you'd like to make a call please hang up and dial again".... If anyone has any way to stop this harassment, I would be most interested!!!

Hung up after 4 rings. Called back, an automated message gave a toll free number:  888-409-7634, which I called. And asked to be removed from all DialAmerica lists and to not be called.

They said they were calling us on behalf of MADD, not sure we have ever sponcessored MADD, and if we did I would hope that it was directly with MADD and not with the dial-a-spam company, DialAmerica.

Let's hope the calls stop.

I receive a daily call from "Dial America Mkt" and there is never anyone on the line??  I wish they would stop.

We keep getting calls from Dial America, but the number is 201-373-8326 (so off by a single digit). We are already on the DO NOT CALL list

Getting calls from Dial America once or twice a day (201-373-8326).  We are on Do Not Call list.  A year or so my husband took a call from them to renew magazine subscription (Handy Man). Big MISTAKE, now they are driving us crazy.

Constant calls from 201-373-8321 hanging up.  Your number gets on the list by buying a magazine from Dail America.  DO NOT BUY MAGAZINES FROM THEM OR YOU WILL BE CONSTANTLY PESTERED.

This company has called on 10/05, 10/07, 10/12, 10/14, 10/16, and today 10/17.  Yesterday I spoke to Jacob.  He wanted my wife to renew her subscription to Writer's digest so that some of the money could be sent for "breast cancer awareness".  I informed him that she would renew her subscription when she felt like it and on her own.  I also told him, "Put me on your 'Do Not Call List.'" He continued to talk so I hung up on him.  He called back this morning saying that he would be happy to help my wife renew her subcription.  I told him I would be happy if he didn't call back.  I hung up on him again.  He will probably call back on Monday. Remove this number immediately. This number is on the Do Not Call list.
