left garbbled message

Left a garbled message as well, something a bit fishy

I also have been recieving calls from this company. I've been using google, & have found out that it is a company calling & saying they are affiliated with citi. They of course are not, but thats all the info I have.

I recieved a Call from Citibank Vefification Group.
They verify new accounts, i beleive there a third party vendor working for citibank... Sounded like a home office

Just got a call from this number, correctly stated that I had opened a new CitiBank account by phone, also reported the correct current balance. Poor sound quality

recieved call, stated they were from citibank calling about my student loans and stated that they wanted to verify my contact info.  caller was indian sounding, and the call sounded fishy, and I had within the past month some fraudulent activity (in india actually) so I didn't trust it.  he tried to leave a customer service number with me but I stated that I already had it since I've talked to them like 6 times in the past month.  

I hung called the customer service number that I already had (I didn't listen to the one he gave me), and they stated that they had just given a courtesy call to remind me of my payment being due.  So it appears the call was legit (however pointless, as I've verified all my info with them every single time I call them).

Go a call from this number and don't know who or what this company is but did not leave a message or anything
