    I picked up as it presented itself as a local cell phone number. It was not. It was some outfit claiming that I checked off something online claiming I wanted to go back to school. I do not... unless they are willing to pay for it. Oh, and that it be at an actual accredited university, otherwise there are puppies all over the world in need of wee-wee pads for whatever 'degree' they were selling.
