    Multiple texts and calls for a "Noelia Ramirez." Sometimes for winning a sweepstakes;  sometimes for being taken into custody; sometimes for IRS... No such person at the number I've had for 20 years.  Called back get a recording as non-working number.

    I made the mistake of answering one call after they "hyper called" me last week.  I told them to stop calling... that was their cue to step it up and call even more... 30+ times a day.  All area codes and exchanges are off by one number.  I researched one of the numbers and it said it originated from Facebook.com.
