Got calls on two phones (cell at 3:45 AM EST and work at 5:20 PM). What can be done to stop them?

7 AM 1/18/13, unwanted call from 201-917-7014

They called at 1am and again at noon. No one speaking on the line. No one answers the number when calling back.

Just received a call from this number. No one was on the line. Very weird.  They called my cell phone at midnight. Bizarre.

Call from them at 6:49.  Didn't answer.

I got a call from this number while I was away last evening. No voice message was left.  My phone is showing  "CLIFFSIDE NJ" as their caller ID, which is just a name of city in NJ.

Received a call from 201-917-7014 at 1am!  Didn't answer - and they didn't leave a message.

+1, 8:39am PST. Didn't leave a message.

10:32 am PST. Didn't leave a message.
At least they're trying to call me a) at work and b) during the day.

Called us at 1:30 AM Seattle time!

I suspect, due to the high percentage of ghost calls, that this outfit is building a list of valid numbers they can sell or otherwise abuse in the future.

Glad I found I'm not the only getting calls from this number because they are creepy, no one on the other end, then transfers to voicemail and hangs up....strange

Got a call this morning at 8:07 AM, I was in the shower, I don't answer unknown calls. Left a voicemail, just static.

Any way to block on AT&T?

Called my cell phone at 5:30 am and 8:01 am Pacific Time. When called back, number reported as out-of-service. Sounds like I didn't miss much.

Called my office number at 3am, 1-22-13.  Thankfully it's not connected to my personal number.

Called at 1:07 am. Nobody on the line. Effing [***].

[***] called at 2:30 am...Hung up.

Called here at 12:11 AM......caller ID was Cliffside NJ. Didn't answer and they did not leave a message.
Even a stupid scammer should be able to figure out people will not be co-operative when you get them out of bed!

2019177014  No ID   Call at all hours - middle of night, daytime.  Part of cycle of NJ calls where never anyone there - and cannot call in to the number      Caller is unidentified at this time. It is not a personal call though unless I have some VERY creative enemy in the NJ area.  Other numbers have been from Madison NJ, Clifton Park.  Number is used for awhile and then problem changes to a new number - still in that area.

Did any of you find that this started after you had done an ad on NJ Craig's List?

I've received at least two calls from this number, at least when I've been at my desk to answer.  One was yesterday, and the most recent was today at 11:16am PST.  Both times upon picking up there is nothing -- it doesn't even sound as if someone is on the line and simply being quiet.  I tried calling back and received the disconnected call sound immediately.  I looked it up on reversegenie.com and it shows a Google Maps street view picture of an apartment building, though that is an "approximate address" according to Google Maps.  I assume they are fishing for live phone numbers for scamming purposes, per usual.
