I just had another call.  This time someone actually spoke.  Lot's of back ground noise, so kind of hard to hear.  IT DOES HAVE TO DO WITH ACAI BERRY !!!!!!!!!  They see where you were interested and now want to give you 2 'free' gifts.  Not happening to me !!!! I explained very explicedly I was not interested.  Forget the free trial of Acai Berry.  Did not want any free gifts. NOTHING, AND NOT TO CALL BACK.  See if that works.

Ah! I too checked into the Acai Berry but quit before adding my credit card! I just hope this isn't a scam to tap into my phone line and then have them make calls to China! Will be checking my phone bill to make sure!!

I have been having the same thing happen & I also checked out Acai berry but stopped before giving my credit card info.

Its Acai Berry, if you are getting calls you are also getting emails most likely. Click on the link attached to the email that says edit or cancle you can take your self off the list completly.I also went and changed everything in there to be sure What a scam that is. Who ever that amy girl is who claims it should be ashamed

I received one as well.  I did check out the Acui Berry Site as well, also contacted: Rachel Ray off of the Food Network since she is listed as a celebrity who encourages this product, and has her named listed in thier advertising.  When I tried calling back, the number has been discontinued.  I also seen where others emailed Oprah Winfrey regarding the ads with her name used also. This is a scam, and a sham, and a shame!
If you know exactly what state the calls are being made from you probably could contact the Attorney Generals Office in that State and file a complaint.

I did a US Search on this number and found that the number 201-918-4826 is from a Cell Phone, Cell Phone Carrier is: Level 13 Communications, LLC, and the Phone is from Jersey City, NJ, also the Address for Acui Berry is located in: Rochelle Park, NJ.

I ordered the"free" trial and soon discovered that it is a big SCAM!!!!  My bank account was charged over $200 in 3 days! I canceled my card, & this was when I started receiving phone calls from the company I ordered from.  I called the # back and a women answered.  She stated that no one had called me( the # was not a business, but a residential # that I could hear kids in the background).  I received my product, but I threw it out because this was a scam & God only knows what was in it or where it came from.  My advice for anyone ordering this product, DO NOT ORDER!!!!  If you do, be careful!!!!!

i've been getting 4-5 calls a day, which i have never picked up because i don't know who it is....  is it Acai berry? i've never even heard of that company, but i'm ready to shoot somebody over this...

I keep getting calls from this number. I tried to call back to find out who it is that keeps on calling, but got a message that says the mailbox is full.

Getting repeated calls from this number, caller ID says "Weehauken NJ'. The person wanted to talk to another family member about financial aid to help pay bills, debts etc. When I said that family member wasn't home, the guy started in on me with the same...said I needed to be over 18 yrs to talk and that I sounded like I was. I told him I was 6 and to hang up. This is no doubt a scam but man! I want to put these people in prison.

this # calls me 5-7 times a day & its so annoying i pressed 2 to stop the calls & it hangs up on me also . I press 1 to talk to customer service & no one ever comes on the line . i wish it would stop

i tried to call again & it said all lines were busy welcome to some kind of marketing dept please leave mess.& some1 will get back to you

7th call today they said it was some grant call about free govt money i told them to take my name out of there syst

yes i was charged 240.00 in 3 days i also had to cancel my card.i did find out one came from china,and i wouldnt take them,could not make out adress where to send them back.just building c  china.took it to postoffice they couldnt make it out.and phone number was a recording you dont have funds to make this call.i tried on my home and cell neither are a pre paid phone just a scam

Good luck returning and cancelling. They cleaned me out of $400.  I cancelled my card.  Next calls will be from a debt collection companyt tryign to settle your debt that they say you owe.  I received one bottle and sent it back and they still charged me. Still have not received any money back.
