acci berry calling for a follow up on why the wife returned the product. she read on yahoo how the free sample you receved was not free. your credit card was charged around $1oo.00. you had to call the company to get return shipment forms. you could not get thru to get them. she had to call her credit card co. and explain it to them. they sent her a new credit card. she also told this to her friend at work. the friend did not listen and she had the same results...

WOW!  I had the same thing happen,except to my debit card.  They said on line it was a $4.95 fee for a trial.  They dinged my checking account every Monday morning for $74.95 x 2, I had to get a new debit card!  The bank refunded my money and reported them... Idiots!

I've had 3 missed calls from this number since 8:30 this morning. It is now 11:00am. I don't answer calls from people I don't know or numbers I don't recognize. Of course, no messages were left. I did discover however, the last time this happened to me, the best way to stop the calling is to have someone of the opposite gender to yourself answer and say they have the wrong number.

I ordered on line then found out how they take more out of your account I tried to cansell less the 5 min after ordering they would not let meso I hurried and called my bank. the only got be for $4.?? shipping the bank wont let anything els come out from that company. This number call me 3 times this morning.  When I tried to call back I got a very quick sounding busy signal.  I had the same experience with the acai berry.  I too had to change my credit card number after a very heated discussion with a representative about the so called free sample that ended up costing $79.00.

I had the same thing happen to me. Thought I just paid for shipping and handling on "free trial" of Acai Berry and instead got put on a "automatic shipping" order system and ended up being charged over $160. When I called the company they told me I agreed to the terms on their website which I didn't even see when I ordered the "free sample."
I think the Better Business Bureau needs to be contacted.

Funny, same exact thing happened to me!  It's a scam, and it doens't work!

I have gotten a call that rings twice then hangs up, twice today. i called this place after my bf told me to read the fine print on their website...and sure enough it said they would charge $70 something dollars every month. so i called to cancel...the guy didnt want to he kept trying to offer me a discount i said no just to cancel. i offered to send the pills back eh said no. i better not have a charge on my card now...

Got a call from these scumbags too - didn't pick up but when I googled the number, I came across this page.... I guess they're trying to meet their month's end quotas.  I cancelled the day after I received it.

I too ordered on line and I had to do it 2X  because the first order didn't process or so I thought. they charged me the $4.95 s & h 2x and a few days later they charged me about $80 I had to call and dispute it and have my credit card company send me new cards. now they keep calling and I don't know why. I will never do business with them again.

Yea this place is a total scam do not deal with these people they will rob you of your hard earned dollars!!! I had to totaly cancel my card and get a new one. no lie!

In montana.  They pulled the same here,cancelled at once after overaqe,  overcharge of $80.00 had to get new card.  What a fraud.  Send all your contacts your story, don't be embarrassed, they took us all for a ride.

Received two calls today. They hang up before you can answer.  I too ordered the acai berry and cancelled the product after they charged me $79 they did refund me $60. The person (who did not speak English very well so I had to repeat my request several times) told me that I could never receive anything from their company again and I said that was fine with me. They were going to give me a confirmation number for the cancelation and hung up before I could get it.  So I called back several times before someone answered again and said I would receive an email confirmation. I have been receiving calls from 201 918 4837 for the last several days. When I call the number it is a very busy signal.  The calls come later in the evening and I have received two the last two nights.

I too received a acci berry supplement for a minimal cost and ask them to stop sending me the product.

I recievied four telephone calls from this number as well. The people calling did not leave a message, but I too also ordered the acai berry pills. I canceled after I noticed 2 $70.00 debits on my bank card. What happened to the $4.99 trail period? They did refund one of those charges. Be careful of this scam.

I just recei ved a call from the same number.  Thank god I used a prepay card instead of my debit card.  They are probably trying to call me because I used a prepay card and they can't get their money.

Same as everything previously mentioned.  I have not answered any calls. I did receive a $60.00 refund after angrily, repeatedly, threatening.  Same happened to my mother.
