This number calls me at least ten to fifteen times a day. I have never answered any of their calls. One time a friend answered my phone when they called, and she told me that they had some kind of grant for me. I though they would stop after that, but the phone calls seemed to get more and more persistent. I don't know who they are, but I do know that they are calling from Rochelle Park, NJ.

This is the 4th different (201) number that has called me. Each time, they call at least 5X/day for four days. Since I don't answer it, they try for 4 days, then start calling from a different (201) number. The last # was 201-918-4981. Unfortunately I never wrote down the first two, but saw those numbers were also listed on this site.

This number is calling my cell phone.  So, responded with a land line text back to them.  What's going on with this area code?  This is the second time that this area code is popping on my phone.

these people at this telephone number are calling me about 20 times a day.  anyone have suggestions as to how to get a telephone number so I can return the favor to these NICE folks?

We have been getting these calls on a cell phone several times an hour for the last few days. The times we have answered they try to tell us about a grant or a weight loss pill.  Then yesterday and today my credit card was declined at a store.
When I called Chase there were numereous $1 to $4.95 charges on my account from various names with grant, procleanse or weight loss in the title. Chase caught it and flagged our account.  So if you've been getting these calls check your credit cards for fraudulent charges.

I've been getting anywhere from 1-5 calls almost every day for the last 2 weeks. Numbers have included 201-918-4959, 201-918-4874 and 201-918-4856.  They said something about a grant, but I couldn't understand and hung up.  They did ask to confirm my name and address.

This number calls me to offer me information about getting a grant from the government. I answered it once and told them that I wasn't interested. They continue to call regularly.

These people call me constantly about a grant of some sort. They told me all they needed was $2.95 to ship some stuff to me. Of course I declined because I am not giving anyone my credit card number over the phone. They keep calling. We need to figure out how to get them to stop.

Same MO.  I got some call about a grant.. I think it was a robo call but maybe not.  I always hang up pretty fast on those things.
I also had some odd charges show up on my debit card.  I cancelled the bank card.  They were mostly small amount.. 2.95 1.99  ... highest was 25 or so.

Now I'm getting these calls several times a day on my cell.  I can hear background noise.  Once sounded like a porno was on in the background.  

Very odd.....  why is this happening...?

This number, 21-918-4959, from New Rochelle, NJ, continuously calls me, at all hours of the day.  I need to get rid of these intrusive, pesky phone calls which come incessantly to my HOME!  PLEASE HELP!  I even phoned and asked to be put on their "DO NOT CALL" list, and the calls continued to come on the very same morning!

I have had 12 calls from them on my cell phone in the last two days. I don't answer them. It's annoying, but I just let it ring. I'm glad I'm not the only one getting them. I was concerned!

They call 15 to 20 times a day and if you answer they hang up. The first time they said the government was giving
away up to $15,000 in grants and that you did not have to pay it back. All I needed to do was send them $3.95 and they would send information and a form to apply. This is all bull---- and we need some advise on how to stop the calls.

This number keeps calling my cell phone 15 to 10 times per day...

I wish someone would tell me how to stop these calls.  I have never answered one, but get them every 1/2 hour beginning at 7:45 am until at least 11.  I am on a no-call list with my cell and don't undersatnd why they do not follow the law on this.  If anyone hads any ideas, please post them.

The calls have stopped but. My daughter at college just got three packages in the mail from three different addresses with some type of weight loss pills.  I am not sure how they got the information (cell phone, credit card and her address for these but we never ordered or filled out anything) She swears she hasn't bought anything on-line or filled out anything giving out this information since buying some textbooks at the beginning of the semester from legitimate online sites.  
But another charge for $4.95 on our credit card that I guess went through after the card was changed.  There is an odd $21.16 charge on it too that I need to investigate, but it may be legit.

If your getting these calls I would advise putting an alert on your credit or debit card.

I have received calls from this number, as late at night as 11:30pm PDT.
I have lost count how many calls I've received, but for a bit over a week, I was getting UP TO A DOZEN+ calls from this number.
No message was ever left.

Also, twice my friend answerd & THERE WAS NOBODY ON THE OTHER END.

It is a relief that I am not the only one receiving these phone calls about some grant.  What I did was actually save each number to a "Do Not Accept" contact and put a weird ring tone so that I could tell that it's them again and just ignore the call.  I also tried to answer once so I can yell at them and tell them to leave me alone but apparently that did not work.

They are becoming creative because they are using some other area code.  I did answer 1 call from the 213 area code...same intro line...from the grants office.
