Got the same call regarding letters, FedEx and requesting mailing address.

He left me a long message about needing to mail me 2 letters and whether he should use FedEx or something like that. I called back later that day and a woman answered. When I said I wanted to know why I was called, she looked up my number from their caller ID and said they were looking for Christina, which is my daughter, but at
my address. I said that it sounded like I better call my daughter and ask her what this is about, to which the woman replied oh, "We are IGS. Ever heard of Fannie Mae?".....etc, etc. I told her that neither I nor my daughter were interested in the loans, etc., they were "selling." She said she'd take us off the list. Seems they were just trying to get people to call them back with their lure of them needing to mail one something. Sneaky telemarketing ploy.

Same message straight to  voice mail.  Did not  identify  who was calling

Left voicemail about 2 pieces of mail and he “wanted to verify my address to avoid $15 FedEx” - No name, no company, same as everyone else who has commented. Since when is FedEx only $15? Scam.

Called my cell and like others I received a msg asking me to call back to verify my address.  Said there were two letters that would be sent and wanted to send them either Fedex or UPS and needed confirmation of my address. Never stated who he was, what company he was with, or what the letters were in regard to....BLOCKED

Don't do it....I just got one identical

Caller left voicemail without identifying himself. Said that he'd rolled straight to voicemail and that he wanted to get 2 envelopes out to me but wanted me to call him back at this number to verify my mailing address and give him approval for a $15 charge for FedEx. He said that the envelopes would have no return address but would have a number (that he repeated) and my last name in the upper left corner. I never returned his call. This is a scam, never call back!

I just received the same call.  Must be his busy calling day.

Don’t call back, just block this phone number and you will be fine.

Same as all the rest... I did NOT answer, never do, unless I recognize the caller/number. He needs a real job. Lol

My Call Protect stopped 2 calls from this number as potential fraud. That's good enough for me.

Same message and call. Thanks to others for reporting. I've blocked the number and deleted the message.

I've had the same experience as others....some guy left me a vm that he wants to send me two pieces of mail, but would prefer to send it UPS, so wants to verify my address. Doesn't say who he is, who he is with. Tried calling the number back out of curiosity (though I knew it was a scam) and the call goes no where. Definitely a scammer...don't bother calling back.

I got the same voicemail as everyone else. It's definitely a scam.

Received the same call with the same voicemail - no indication of who the caller is with.

Same as above.  I called the number back and no answer on the other end.  Scammer.

I just got the exact same call a few minutes ago. Sheesh..

Hi good afternoon, i went straight to your voicemail. Just wanted to let you know that we're going to try to get two letters to your house today. They are going to come in standard envelopes. If you look at the top left, it will say a reference ID, it normally starts with 6249 - followed by your last name, but the reason for the call, is that I'd much rather send a Fed Ex or UPS, but obviously that will cost $15 so I'd like to be certain that I have the exact correct address on file. Just give me a call..etc..

Same as everyone else stated.  This number called me two times. First time just showed up as blocked - no message left.  Second time (called back again a couple min later) still showed as blocked but left a voicemail about how they are trying to send 2 pieces of mail to the house and wanted to verify the address and they would prefer to send this mail via fedex but it would be a $15 charge. Asked to call back today.  Did not call them back - no name or company or any info as to what this was regarding was given in the message.

Just got a VM, no company name or reason, needing address, didn't ask for me by name, def. scam

Exactly the same message I got. I called them back on my work phone number and the female said that I called ICG.  She immediately volunteered that the call was for Randy King.  I asked how she knew that because I wasn't calling on the number they called and she read me the phone number she saw. It was not even close to my work number!!! HMMMM
