A scam. Federal agencies do not initiate contact by phone.  Ignore and block the calls.

This guy Martin says the same thing government grant scam

Just called.  A female said that Fed. Gov. had a $7,000.00 grant for me for taking a survey.  The call dropped before she could ask me for any more information.  I wanted to see what they were going to ask for before hanging up on them.  It was a call from Pakistan or India and heard a lot of talking in the background.

Called me and said I had grant money of 9000 had to send money I never did.
