I been getting text letting me I refuse to make payments they will call but will not leave message.

Received an extremely threatening, harshly worded text message, intended to frighten me regarding an unpaid debt. When I asked for clarification and documentation, response was that I will receive that information in court since I refuse to pay upfront to settle. Again asked who this was and what debt it was regarding and responses stopped.

Last Warning from Law Enforcement FINCEN. We received affidavit lawsuit with couple of allegations. It's about your outstanding payday loan. Total due is $784.00 including interest, late fees. It will cost you above $2500 in court. Do you want to prevent further legal steps or we sue you legally?    Thats what text i got. And i told them i didnt have one and they say they have proof. And i told them that i can prove my identity was stolen and they quit texting me

recvd text saying that I was approved for a loan from $1000-$8000. (The Lending Club).. No up front fee's, not a payday loan. And will sign paperwork after rcvng the funds into my bank. Then asked for routing # and account#.

Common  Indian/Pakistani scammer extortionist.  Using the 202 area code.   Ignore and block the number.

Hi I got the same thing, the number is not listed as spam did you respond

I called the number, spoke with a man with a middle eastern accent, very rude basically told me to f... off, and I could hear other people laughing in background.  Total scam....

Called around 12:12PM 1/26/2021and did not leave a message.
