Not going to fool me twice
I received the same call informing me that the"government" (whatever that is exactly, I don't know) wants to give me money (if that doesn't have scam written all over it, then I don't know what does). I refused to give them any information until I checked it out on my own time. I never gave them any personal info & I didnt commit to anything. I thought they where Virgin mobile, because I was called on a Virgin prepaid phone & the number on my caller i.d. was the same kind of number Virgin's customer service uses: 001-0000.
I hate scammers! These are the same kind of trash that make up the "mafia". Thugs & lowlifes who rip off hard working people like myself, kind of like their "Protection" racket. In fact, some of these illegal call centers are owned & operated by various organized crime figures.. I'm poor, under employed, and already in debt. These scumbags deserve the worst inhumane treatment in a public setting by the victims they hurt...

This number (202) 239-8451 just called me with all the signs of being a scam. Said to call back "Jason White" at (202) 239-8451. The person on the call clearly had a strong accent such as having English as her second language. She started asking to 'verify' my information and I refused and hung up.

I just received a *Free grant*  offer from a single digit number (49)  and was referred by an Indian Woman to call this number 202-239-8451 with an ID number to receive $10,000 free from the US department of Treasury, I gave them no info, even told them i had no bank account or credit cards..Needless, to say out of curiosity I called the number anyway, just to see for myself and no one answers...I am guessing the word is getting out and these scammers are getting caught..Anyone tried any legal action or a cause on how to go about it?
