I am receiving threatening text messages from the below number regarding some weird loan charge. I do not have an outstanding loan with anyone.

Same here. Asked for them to email me paperwork haven’t heard from them yet.

I got a message from this caller rather nasty about some loan I have well I don't have any loan nor credit card debt so I toll them they got ring person have not answer back hope they never will

getting text messages saying there is an "affidavit lawsuit ready with 4 serious allegations. Copy of court notice will be sent to my mailing address and employer." ect. I will loose out of court settlement.. blah blah blah. No one notifies a person of a lawsuit coming, they simply serve them... SCAM!!!!!!

I just now got the same exact text message!!!!!

This person was very rude I told him they have the wrong person and he also sent me a threatening text over a loan I don't have.

This is the same text I just received, I also received a text from this same number back in January saying I owed a different amount. I called the number and it was a guy just saying he is away from his desk and to leave a name and number and he will call back, he doesn't even say a business name when he answers.
