It went to voice mail. As I listened it was for someone else but the person spoke with a very heavy foreign accent claiming to be from the IRS and for me not to disregard the call. I haven't disregarded it. I'm posting it up here to warn people!

The person is named "Yoseph Capter?" and he talked with my mother. He said he was with the IRS. I called him back and it went straight to a personal voicemail. The scam meter is in dark red.

Report the Calls to the real IRS here:
•report the incident to the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration at 800-366-4484.
•You can also file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission at FTC.gov. Add "IRS Telephone Scam" to the comments in your complaint.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

I was told If it's a TAX issue, IRS will never make a phone call. You should receive it from mail.
I did receive the voice mail and asked us to call back, I know it's a scam.
