A recording states the IRS has filed a lawsuit against you yada yada yada, and to call the number back. Garden variety scam of some weird sort although I have no clue what they are after other than a prison sentence.

Fake IRS Call saying you're being sued by the IRS and this is your last chance to respond blah blah blah!

I also have received this call claiming to be the IRS and that I'm about to be sued.

same as the other.  robo call stating it's the IRS and will be filing lawsuit.   Too bad these scammers are too stupid to understand that the IRS doesn't WARN you that they are suing.  They just file the lawsuit and place a levy against your income/wages/property.

tempted on calling the number back and informing the person on the line that they are in violation of the law and that no governmental agency ever calls prior to serving you with a lawsuit.  If anyone find physical information on this company, post it and everyone can file suit against the company for harassment.

Received a call from this number about the irs and the police will pick you up and arrest you in 24 hours. Call back and got an answering service with a full mailbox. I googled the number and came across the above post.

I received call on my personal phone# about IRS and the policy will arrest you or put you in to prison. Good thing I searched Google. Totally Scam!

This is a scam.  The called me and I called them back indicating to them,  I am a Police officer.  They hung up on me twice then blocked my phone number.  DO NOT CALL BACK DO NOT WORRY! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I guess im going to jail if I don't call them back in 24 hrs!!! LOL
