    same crap
Got the same call from these punjabis, had a little fun with them. Apparently they get angry when you make fun of their english, it wasn't intentional, i just couldn't understand a word he was saying. You'd expect scam artists to at least be able to speak proper english. Told me the cops were going to be at my doorstep in an hour to arrest me for 'tax fraud,' i laughed and told them i'd leave the door open. The IRS, or any type of law enforcement does not call you an hour before coming by your house to notify you of your arrest. Otherwise we would have everyone running loose from the po po

Caller (with same accent as "Officer John Parker who called from, 202-506-9035") identified himself as Edward Keller.  Said our circumstances were dire and that we must call immediately to avoid criminal prosecution, then wished us a nice day.

Dumb [***] should learn English before claiming to be FBI agent. Got call from 202-241-4450 saying warrant out for my arrest for income tax fraud from 2006 to 2013. I thought it was a joke. Told him I was going to call police and he said he would hold on while I did. Pretty ballsy. WHy can't our government do anything about these [***]???

I spoke to an officer in Washington (where this number is registered) The cop said that they are aware of this situation. He said do NOT call this number back. They believe it to be from overseas. I told the guy that I had spoken with the cops and instead of heading to my house, they were headed to his. He obviously hung up :)

The first guy had such a thick Indian accent that I asked him to hand the phone over to someone I can understand. The next fellow, Max Clinton from the Midwest also had a thick Indian accent as well. When I hung up the "cop" called. He had an Indian accent too! Dang! I  asked him why do they all have Indian accents, and he hung up on me.

I recieved a call saying that i owed money and need to pay a certain amount of money or they would send police with a warrant, then they asked me for a credit/debit card in order to pay and after that said they would send agents to show me files about money that i owed when i had owed none.

Call from a guy who sounded like he had an Indian or Pakistani accent, warning me about a "warrant" that was going to be issued.  When I told him I thought this was a scam, he said, "get ready for legal action".

    Caller Id said:  Stefan Prosky

Received a call (unanswered) from this number.  Said he was federal agent "Jim Harper", who obviously had a difficult time with English and reading the script he was given. After Googling this number and checking this site, I curiously called back and the phone was answered by a recorded woman's voice  saying it was "IRS criminal investigation".  I hung up, and was wondering what fun to do next, when the phone again rang from them and giving "Stefan Prosky" as caller I.D.(whom I am sure his number also is scammed).  I answered the call and stated my name and that I was a San Diego County law enforcement officer retired  (which is true) and wanted to talk to agent "Jim Harper" about opening a criminal investigation on these calls, and asked for the caller"s badge number and country of location.  He gave me what seemed to be his real name and a badge number, and that he was in Pakistan.  He must have been very flustered when I said that our County does not have enforcement jurisdiction over a foreign country, and that I would have to refer this case to the FBI. He then went into a tirade, using obscene language regarding my alleged wife and daughter with him (in Pakistan?) and then he hung up.  At least he didn't fly into any buildings! (yet).

Received a voicemail message from Officer Jim Harper (heavy accent) from the Criminal Investigation Division, Badge number 0786 telling me I'm under federal investigation and that I should call 210-418-4360 before they issue a warrant for my arrest.
