Message left by robotic voice: “…filed a lawsuit against your name. The local county sheriffs are going to arrest you for serious allegations. Before this matter goes to the courthouse and we freeze your bank accounts and get you arrested. For more information regarding this case, you can get back to us at 202-241-5686. I repeat, 202-241-5686. Make sure to you give us a callback before you get arrested.”

I have received this exact scam call twice today.

I repeat, 202-241-5686. Make sure to you give us a callback before you get arrested} but I did have a  name attached to the phone number. Daryl Lipford. Tried calling back a few times and it would either keep ringing or have a busy signal.

Same thing - called twice on 6/18/18.  Robotic voice, going to be arrested.  Called at 12:30pm and 7:00pm Eastern time.  Left a voice message each time.

Daryl Lipford is name on the caller Id!

Received the same exact message on June 18th.  No government agency or police department would contact anyone like this.  SCAM.

Same message--called twice on the 18th then again on the 20th. I closed all my bank accounts and have decided to go on the lam.  :))
