Received several calls from this number today. They left several messages on my voicemail. Message was from a Kelly Smith from the IRS in Washington D.C. saying there was a lawsuit against me and that I needed to call back asap. These calls are getting very annoying. Hope they get caught soon. I am worried they have more personal information on me.

Received the same call from Kellie Smith two days in a row. I called the number back to only get voicemail saying she was from the IRS.

A Kerry Smith from the,IRS called stating we have a law suite against us and we needed to call back immediately. She sounds like she's from India or something to the sort, heavy accent.

I received the same call from the same person-she left 3 messages. I haven't talked to her yet. I have no intention of calling back of course.

Called about 10 times from 10/14 to 10/18 Claiming to be Kelly Smith from the IRS.  Caller ID said Washington.  Said we had a law suite against us and were going to garnish wages.  I got suspicious when I called back and got a voice mail box.  Big SCAM!

Received two calls from this number today.  Message was from a Kelly Smith from the IRS in Washington D.C.  saying that there is a lawsuit against me and that I needed to call back as soon as possible or they would move forward with a lawsuit.  I called my local police dept.   Was also advised to call the FCC at 888-225-5322 and file a complaint which I did.

I got the same call as the posters above.  "Kelly Smith from IRS, Internal Revenue Service . . . for lawsuit filed on your name."  Message was left on my answering machine, female caller with heavy foreign accent and lots of other voices in background. Wish I had been home for that call so I could have had some fun with her.  Scum bag!!

It is rare that you would receive a call from a female Indian scammer (scamstress), as she rode through the dirt streets, on her camel, holding her cell phone to her ear, trying to rip you off, but it seems this backward country is becoming more open to equal opportunities for all!

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
