    I received a call from 202-378-7651 claiming to be the "Federal Grant Department". The girl spoke to had such a heavy accent that I thought she said "Federal Crack Department"! She told me that the Government had chosen my name to receive a $9000 grant! I simply told her I was not interested and hung up!

    They called twice and left messages. Clue it was a scam: bad grammar and unintelligible accent, not to mention a 7000 dollar grant for which I hadn't applied.
