Called and hung up. Not even a word.

Calls twice a day, never leaves a message.  I once yelled into the phone to stop calling, but the calls persist.
No company name, but just Washington DC comes up.

Same here, just annoying calls and no messages.

Someone calling on behalf of Pepco's EnergyWise program - wants to install a device to cycle the AC compressor.

Called both my home and cell number - very annoying

I just got a missed call without any message. I don't know who they are.

We are on the Do Not Call list. We received a call at between 9 and 9:30am on a STAURDAY morning.  They left no message. We want these calls to stop!

got this on cell, no message left.  I blocked it.  (other reviewers say its PEPCO energy wise program.  They should at least SAY something).

Called Pepco and Rep said there is a energy saver program but when I  called # from caller several times the message was, sorry your call cannot be completed at this time.

This number calls my home line at least twice a day.  I finally returned the number and it is a Pepco sales call.  I could not understand the heavy accent very well, but they continue to talk while I was telling them to stop calling my number.  I called Pepco and they assured me it wasn't them.  I reported to the FCC a month ago, but the calls stilll continue.

I called them back and they say they are pepco

They call, I don't answer, it repeats the next day.  If it was really Pepco, they would leave a message -- don't give them any info

same thing, picked up, no one there. Have had calls from Pepco but left computer message. We have been on no-call list for years, and re-upped a couple of months ago, and--what a surprise--have gotten MORE spam than ever, both cell and house, several a day. I think they are monitoring list and taking numbers from there. Thanks, FCC!

Called home number, husband answered no one there. They  immediately called cell number using local extension. Bad connection and very heavy accent made it difficult to understand what she was saying.

Been receiving back-to-back calls for days now. The one time I answered they said they said they were Pepco.
