I got calls by this foreign guy also. Said he was from Microsoft and wanted me to get on my computer to help me with errors from my computer. He asked if I was near my computer, I said no, and he said that he would call back. Now I know not to answer them. Just today, 7-12-12, I received 3 calls from 11 am to  pm, once every hour until I answered.

Persistant calling from 1 202 354 8935 on my new Majic Jack plus. Nobody answers when I pick up. Call it back only to get a busy signal.

I get millions of calls from this # , They have stopped since I used AIR HORN on them

Called multiply times, no message left. When I did answer couldn't understand them....thick accent...needs to stop ASAP.

stop calling my cell phone numerous times a day

Got a message from some foreign guy, claiming I he was from microsoft and that I had a virus on my computer. I told him to lose my number and not call back. He called back less than a minuet later. I did not answer he left no message.

Received a call from 202 354 8935 a day or two ago.  Could not hear or understand the person so I just said, "I can't hear you", and hung up.  Today I received a call from the same number, same thing, couldn't hear him so I said, "I am going to report you, quit calling me", to which he hurriedly said, "no,no,no,no".  One minute later he called again and I did not answer it.  I rarely give my cell phone number out so it's strange to receive a call on it in the first place.

They call everyday and hang up on me.....202-354-8935

Sounds like a lot of other people are getting the same BS call.  It started about a week ago and I will get 5-15 calls a day.  I have not answered it.  I wish there was a way to block stuff like this.

Keep receiving calls from 202 354 8935 a man with thick accent clearly NOT american. He keeps askn me if i am who i am. On a couple occasions i say may i tell her who is calling and click goes the phone. Most times i say i am who i am and click goes phone. Ive tried calling it back and it just drops the call. I enter area code and it says Washington DC "who the hell do i know from DC" typed whole number into search engine brought me to this website. I wont be answering that call NO MORE!

I also got a call from a arabic sounding fella having me click on all sorts of things on my computer. Then he wanted me to download some software from ammyy.com so he can take control of my computer to clean out all the unwanted programs. When I kept asking why he was calling, where he was calling from and how he got my number... he said he knows everything about me... my address etc. YEAH creeepy dude!  I said no thank you and hung up. BE WARE. when he FIRST called he said he was from Microsoft and was calling because I had error messages from my computer that he needed to assist me in clearing up.

This number called me on my cell, I answered, no one said anything. Call came up " No Name"J6D

I have received multiple calls a day for the last two weeks from this phone number. Sometimes they do not respond when I answer, although most of the time I do not answer. When I called the number back there was no response.

-  new  twist  is  they  are   also  impersonating  DEA  officials   with  threats  to  arrest you  unless  you  immediately  send money  via  wire   transfer /  western  union   to some   offshore  country  !!!!!   obvious  scam  !!!

some  are landlines...many  are  cell phones...some  are  spoofed  and  linked  to  offshore foreign countries !!!!
we've  traced  back  most  of  these  numbers  to  offshore  foreign    call centers  in  INDIA /  THAILAND / AFRICA  /  JAMAICA  ETC....

here's a  few  other  numbers  posted  from  the   same  area  code  offering a  wide  variety  of  scams  /  fake  emails and  scams  after  posting  something  on   craigslist   (  old  scam  )  ...... collecting  for  non  existant  "  payday  loans "....free  money / scam  giveaways /  calling  on  behalf  of  a  humane  society..... $1,000's  in  free  gov't  money.........  etc  etc.....stories  change  out  all the  time......and  the  usual  nonsense!!!

**   mysteriously  call to  claim  they  have  several  thousand  of  dollars  to  send  you....just  provide  your  bank  account and  credit  card   right  away   etc etc.........scam scam

several  of  these are  the  usual   long  ongoing  scams   such  as  :  you  have  won a  free  walmart /  bestbuy  gift  card....or  you  have  won a  free  ipad  etc......all  long  ongoing  scams

I get these guys calling me all day between 10 to 12 times i just want to know what to do to stop them from doing it

Getting constant, unwanted calls from this number, and I want it stopped.
