Received a call on my cell from this number (202-361-0435).  Did not answer.  The voice mail they left said that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me and to immediately call them.  I did not return the call.

Called 30 minutes ago and left a voice message: "The IRS is filing lawsuit against you. To get more information about this case file please call immediately 202 361 0435", and even repeated the number 202 361 0435.

I got a call from this number (202) 361-0435. A computerized voice told me the irs was going g ro file a lawsuit against me, for more information to call 5hat number back what's up?

Claiming to be IRS, threatening to arrest me.
Sounds like a scam, will not call back.

Received a call from 202-361-0435.  Voicemail received stating they were the IRS filing charges against me, however during the middle the message cut off.  No answer when called back.  I placed the number on BLOCK and filed a report.

Called at about 7:30 MST saying it was a final notice from the IRS that they were filling a lawsuit against me and to call the 202-361-0435 number.

Received 2 calls 10/26/15,11:29am and 4:21pm, left message IRS filling lawsuit against me. Did not call them back.

Same experience as described above. Received 3 total calls today. No answer when I tried to return call. Seems like scam attempt

I got a call saying they were the IRS I found this blog and new it was a scam then number 202-361-0435

I just got a call from IRS. They left a voice mail message that they were going to file a lawsuit against me. I am not calling the number back and I am blocking that number.

My parents have repeatedly received a call from 202-361-0435 with a recording claiming to be the IRS and if they do not immediately call back another number they will be prosecuted.  They are in their 80's and this frightened them.  I am going to report it to the local Sheriff's Office also and spread the word in our area not to get scammed.

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

I got a call (went to my voicemail) from the same number 202-361-0435. I know for sure they were from India (Not native american) just by the way they talk. Telling me I owe $1800 to pay ASAP or else somebody will be at my place to arrest me. Name I spoke with was Jack Martin.

Refer to Tamianth's post, lots of useful information from them. Anytime you get a random call and there's a foreigner on the line, hang up at once. They throw what's supposed to be frightening threats into their messages in hopes you're scared enough to pay a bogus debt. It's all fake and only the invisible man will come get you.

Got three calls from this number today Oct 28 2015 claiming to be IRS. I called
