I have been getting several calls a day from this number. They are looking for a Donnie Wynne. I am Suzanne Wynne. I have told them that Donnie does not live here.Please ask them not to call me again, they won't listen to me.

The caller asks for my stepson, who has never lived with me.  I have repeatedly told them he does not live here and I do not know how to contact him.  They behave as if they have the right to call until I am
able to find him and give them the information.

I JUST RECEIVE A CALL FROM THEM AND A LADY SAID THAT SHE IS JUST A SERVER THAT SHE WILL CONNECT MY CALL TO ANOTHER PLACE WHERE THERE IS SOMEBODY WHO WANTS TO TALK TO ME ABOUT A PRIVATE BUSSINESS. i WAITED FOR A FEW SECONDS AND NOBODY ANSWER SO I HANG UP AND SINCE THEN I HAVE RECEIVE LIKE THREE CALLS ALREADY AND NOBODY ANSWER... ?

If you couldn't already tell, this is a collection agency.  The reason so many people are affected is because they have a contract with Sprint, and as you can imagine, cell phone bills are easy to forget.  I'm sure they have other accounts, but when I switched to my iPhone and AT&T said they would absorb the Sprint bill (and add it to my AT&T account), it clearly never happened.  I'm sure this is a common story.  Just so you know, if they start calling you, PICK UP because you have about a week until the delinquency gets recorded on your credit report!

PS. They are not allowed to leave messages, by law.  They send mailings, but will not leave a message.

I have benn receivung calls from this number and when I pick up nobody answers. And when I call back a lady answer and says that my message can be recorded and thn its complete silence so I just hang up.

i keep getting calls asking me to comfirm my name and address and then they hang up on me.  or as soon as i answer they hang up.  it is very possible that it has to do with a sprint bill however if they are atempting to collect money their system is not very efective if it hangs up on the people they are trying to contact.

These people call me all the time, and when I ask them not to call again the hang up on me so that I can not get a name.  PLEASE DO NOT CALL AGAIN

Sounds like you are from the collection agency trying to dupe others into answering. Not allowed to leave messages by law?? What a bunch of B.S.

they have called here asking for a son..... he died a year ago in Irag...
they want verification - I don't know if it's Sprint or not but those people are very rude and personally I don't even pick up the phone anymore.  Leave a message if you want to talk to me. PERIOD.

I called the # 202-367-9083   back and they wanted a bunch of information about me.  If you were calling me, wouldn't you KNOW my info already.  If not, you are just a company phishing for information.  
The rude female(not a lady) more like a b, was not helpful and should just jump off a moving train.

I got a message on my voice mail yesterday from these jerks.  There's about 2 minutes of an annoying drum roll, then a recorded message to call this #, then the same loop over and over again about 8-10 times, for a total of about 20 minutes.  So now, people that I want to leave me a message, have to listen to this long beep until they can leave me a message and most of the time they won't.  I called the # back and they were looking for my son who hasn't lived with me for about 5 years.  They are annoying and rude.  The FCC should have their a@#**!  This should be illegal, if it's not already.  I am going to try to find a list of their clients and make it a point not to be a patron of any business that uses them.  Sprint will be 1st on my list!

Everyday when I come home from work I notice that the caller ID has this 202-367-9083 IC Systems on it. So of course I check my voicemail and there's nothing linked to this number. Hence, no one leaves a message afer numerous attempts to get through? But I couldn't help but notice this is an ongoing thing for the last 2 weeks and I finally got fed up and called the number a few days ago to inquire that nature of the business and who is it that they are trying to get a hold of. They mentioned my ex-boyfriend. I told them that he no longer lived there. But the next day when I came in from doing laundry they had already placed 4 calls to the house and it only had been 10:13 a.m.! This is harrassment. I called yesterday from work to have them update their records and remove my number from their call list. If they happen to call me again I advised them that I will be filing harrassment charges and reporting them to the BBB! Let's see what that caller ID says when I get home tonight. Watch!

Well he's not 100% wrong. They can leave a message. But once they identify themselves, either in a message or to a person, they can't call that house again until the next day. That is why when collection agencies call, they don't tell you who they are until they verify they are talking to the right person.

I happened to do a reverse look up on 202-367-9083, and found that it is a VERIZON MOBILE PHONE NUMBER, out of Washington DC. Now, if it's a collector, why are they using their personal phone? Secondly, according to the information I gathered through a certain source, it shows the number originates from what seems to be 'downtown' Washington DC, on a side street. It doesn't make sense, at all, especially once you factor in the "can't leave a message" and the subject stating "this is important business." I also received a number of calls from this individual. I returned the question, asking who THEY were, and was disconnected. Repeatedly. They continue to call, and I will be contacting them through mail, since they don't seem to understand plain English, or the word "litigation." I would recommend not disclosing personal information to them, whomever they say they are.

Tired of these people calling, never leaving messages, hanging up.  Up to 4 calls per day.  Very annoying.  MUST BE STOPPED!

Who is this?  I got 13 calls yesterday as per my caller ID.  Can't call them back, and no message left.  Can I block them from calling my home?  Very weird.
