Initial part of call was from "Rachael" warning that this was my last chance to get lower improved rates on my credit cards. When I selected 1 to talk to a live agent, i commented that he did not sound like "Rachael" that had been on the first part of the call.  Since I have been getting a number of these calls I once again asked to speak to a supervisor or manager to ask that my number be removed from the call list for hmmm was it  "Credit Services Inc." can not remember exactly what the name of this company was supposed to be.  He wanted to know why I wanted to talk to a manager or supervisor, and I told him I wanted my number removed from the call list and his response was too bad, and hung up.
