Search says cell phone from Washington DC.  I called the number back.  The man who answered said "IC System".  What is it?

Call you, but not announce who he/she is

Caller calls and ask for my gonna be ex wife who has not lived here for over a year and has never been affiliated with the phone number they are calling me on

When i answer the phone they dont say anything. I say hello for about 30 of 40 seconds and still no reply!! When i call back they never answer even after being on hold for around 7 minutes and thats becuase i hang up. On Nov 24th they called my phone 6 times. 3 times in 1 hour and every hour before that. They are really pissing me off cause they call everyday.

Jerks-collections calls repeatedly in violation of law-
Calling for the guy who lost my current house in forclosure over a year ago..somehow tied the address to my new phone (at&t) and keep calling the guys former ADDRESS!

I have a friend that gets calls on their house phone and cell. One day he answered the women who answered had an attitude with him when he asked who are you. The women on the phone said is this so in so but didn't want to say who she was or where she was calling from. So I used MSN's search site Bing to find out exactly who these people are.....

If your wife soon be be ex had a debt thats why they are calling. IC Systems is a collection agency. If I were you I would tell her and bring it to her attention because they are going to keep calling. Also you could call them and say no such person lives here and if they want to trip ask for a duplicate statement of some kind and at your divorce hearing/meeting present the document so that they don't try to attach the debt to you.

Collection Agency has their caller ID read as "24 Hour Emergency Locksmith". Isn't this misrepresentation not to mention the 8 times they called in 2 hours????

Very annoying - god forbid somebody is unavailable to answer a call right away. {Let's keep calling until they think it's an emergency and we will use a different name so they will think it's something that can't wait until 2 hours from now.}

IC Systems Debt Collectors

I got 6 calls in less than 24 hours.  When I called back they would not say what it was they were doing or calling about. they said "it is about a personal business mater."  I finally got a supervisor and found out it was someone with the same name, kind of like I am the only 'steve smith' in Los Angeles.  The supervisor did ask me to verify certain information, correctly I was confirm if the info belonged to me.  It did not.  He said he would remove my telephone number from their system.  We will see.

By the way the number belongs to I.C. Systems.
