The number calls me everyday so Im guessing it's a collection agency. The number shows up as a DC number.

i got 2 hangup calls today....so i called them back..They were looking for someone else by my last name, but were very rude, and I filed a cease and desist order with them before on a personal matter!!!!!

Calls me every day...sometimes 5 or 6 times...tired of it!!!

THIS NUMBER CALLS MY HSE EVERYDAY THEY ASK 4 MY MOTHER, BUT WHEN I ASK WHAT THE NATURE OF THE CALL THEY TELL ME IT IS A PERSONAL MATTER. SO THATS LET ME KNOW THEY WANT TO MAYBE COLLECT SOME DEBT. IM GOING 2 TRY & BLOCK THE STUPID NUMBER.

I am getting calls every day, all day, about every hour even into late evening hours.  They are stressing me out.  Now they leave messages but, when I attempt to listen to the message it automatically connects me to a phone that starts ringing.  This doesn't even sound legal.  Be decent enough to announce who you are and talk to me instead of connecting me to other people.  You don't get to choose for me.

This is IBS Systems or something like that.  They are trying to settle an account I have with Dell.  they have called me 3 times today.  The last time thsy called, I answered, and then they hung up on me.  I called them back, and that is when I found out the information.  I told them to stop calling me and that I would settle my own affairs with Dell.  I'll see what happens.

Ic System from phone number 202-367-9442 calls my home 5 - 6 times on a daily basis looking for my ex husband.  I have told them repeatedly that he no longer lives here and to remove my number from their records. Each time they promise to do so yet the calls keep coming.  I would like to file a formal complaint about the harrassment this company is giving me.

This is IC Systems.  This is a number that calls 5-6 times a day.  They are a pain.  They do not have common curtusy to leave name and number.

I have a new cell phone and I keep getting calss from n unknown number 1-202-367-9442. I have no idea who this is...but want it stopped.

Call 2-3 times per day and never leave a message. Just silly.
