phone rang once, then registered as missed call.

Exact same thing to me. Rang once, then that was it. I tried to call back and it just rang and rang without voicemail.

Phone rang once, I called back, but didn't get an answer. No voicemail or answering machine.

Same thing happened to me today

got a call from 1 (202) 367 9646 earlier today Jan 16 2016 at 12:37 pm. it rang once, then stopped

Rang once then stopped. Sounds like robo calling. If you answer or call back then they know it's a good number. It's then sold to other who make their living bothering us and using our plan minutes. I'm going to block it.

Same for me...one ring and then nothing.

Wanr to be taken off their list, can not call them to be taken off list, no anwer or busy signal

You're not likely to get off their lists, you'll be getting more calls if you request that along with possibly getting badmouthed by the callers. Easiest way to stop them is by not answering unknown numbers in any way so they get nothing from your number. Do not return calls to these numbers either.

Happened to me just now......tried to call back...no luck.. and i texted them.....rang once ...hung up!!!

202 area calls  and 813 area call all telemarketing

I keep receiving phone calls from this number (202) 367-9646

I block these calls on my Verizon phone (but can only block 5 #s at a time and have to renew every 90 days). So, I add these type of numbers to my contact list with the contact name: "SPAM" that way I don't bother answering or paying attention to the call.

Fake I.R.S. scam. They say you have underpaid your taxes, and say that if you don't send money right
away, the sheriff will come and arrest you. It might be more credible if the guy spoke English, LoL. Ignore it, or
amuse yourself playing with the guy, feeding him wrong information
