Received a phone call from a foreign female whom I had a hard time understanding.  She stated that I qualified for a grant in the amount of 6700 dollars.  I told  her I did not need a grant, and she said that's up to you and hung up.  The phone number she called was a cell phone issued to me by my employer for work use only.  I have no idea how this person knew my name or how she got my work phone number.
