This is supposedly a FTC number as he is involved with a certified check from BOA, NY and Publisher's Clearing house.  I should buy a $375 bond from American Dreams for a bond to cover an interest Fed Ex delivery of a tax-free second place winner's check.  As much as I would like to believe it...I don't!
